When I run outdoors it’s easy to feel like I can’t breathe. As it is for running, for me anyway, you have to calm your inner voice and tell yourself you can breathe. Once you realize that you have the ability to take in more air, the easier your breaths become. For me it is never a matter of my legs, it is a matter with my mind. I need to remind myself that I can do this. Once my body and mind are in agreement everything is alright.
